Refunds or Exchanges

We love the products we make and think you will, too. If you don’t enjoy your first package from Simone Sales, let us know so that we can help you return or exchange your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

In fact, we’re so confident that you’ll love our brand that we’ll even cover the cost of return shipping if you choose not to keep your first package.

Please note that we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped internationally, or for individual mini and travel size products.
